2026 Colorado Retreats

This year, I'll host four seasonal retreats in Colorado—one in spring, summer, fall, and winter—each thoughtfully designed to align with the energy and themes of the season. These long-weekend retreats run Thursday evening through Sunday midday and take place in beautiful, restorative locations within reasonable driving distance of Denver. Cost ranges from $700 - $1,300 depending on bed, house amenities, plant medicine offerings, and more.
Every retreat offers a distinct focus, while sharing a common intention: to create space for rest, reflection, embodied practice, and meaningful connection between women. You’re invited to choose the season—or seasons—that feel most aligned for you and add your name to the interest list to receive retreat details as they’re released. I’ll be sharing more information, including specific locations, and registration details, as soon as they become available.
