WINTER RESET RITUAL at TruFusion
Spend an evening together in connection to yourself to find a pause before diving fully into 2026. We'll gather together for guided journaling and guided meditation, asana, reiki, card pulls, breathwork, and more. The practice will be downregulating and takes place after my weekly hot power vinyasa class at TruFusion. It costs $25 for Trufusion members and $35 for nonmembers.
