I partner with Cat Wetenkamp, owner of Kintsugi Yoga, to host retreats that connect attendees through vulnerability. At our Goddess Mountain Retreats, a small group of women gather in the Colorado mountains for a weekend of exploration through yoga goddess embodiment, sound baths, reiki, plant medicine ceremonies, meditation, asana, and so much more. Cat and I have a 5+ year history of fostering a tremendous amount of growth in each other, which makes us great partners for facilitating retreats together. With the Mountain Goddess Retreat series, we aim to help balance out the feminine and masculine energies within.
