OPEN SPACE DENVER REIKI

Reiki is universal life force energy. Using light touch, guided meditation, and breath, I lead reiki sessions with the goal of moving energy through your physical, emotional, and subtle bodies so you can clear out what does not serve you and make way for the new. Reiki is a gentle healing tool to utilize during times of change as you seek deeper stability, self confidence, and connection with both the earth and the divine.

REIKI SESSION FAQ

What happens in a reiki session? During a reiki session with me, we will have an initial conversation about your session goals and what to expect. I use light touch, guided meditations, and breathwork to gently coax your physical, spiritual, and emotional body to ground and release what no longer serves you. During the session, you lay (fully clothed) on a massage table. I will pull an oracle card for you at the end of the session and we take some time to talk about the experience afterward, including any visualizations or affirmations that arose during the session. You'll receive a customized summary of your chakra health along with implementable changes you can make to guide you toward balance.

How will I feel during and after my reiki session? Most clients report feeling a deep sense of calm, peace, and focus during the session, although emotions like sadness, grief, and joy can all come up. Afterwards, expect to feel clarity as you integrate the session.

How "woo woo" is reiki?? Each reiki practitioner hosts sessions differently, depending on what practices resonate with them. I aim to make my reiki sessions as accessible as possible, no matter where you are at in your spiritual journey or spiritual beliefs.

What else do I need to know? Wear comfortable clothing so you can be as relaxed as possible during your session. Give yourself enough time to arrive at Nurture and make your way to the suite ahead of your appointment time. If possible, set time aside the evening of your session to journal, meditate, and take a bath.
