Why I yoga:
TO FIND CONFIDENCE IN STILLNESS.
Ever since I was little, I've always taken a "go, go, go" approach to life. Yoga has allowed me to find productivity even in the still moments. I found yoga after a debilitating injury in 2015 and I continue to discover new surprises about my body, mind and spirit every time I step on my mat.
